Enter and play Left 4 Dead 2. You can toggle the custom crosshair on and off by pressing the INSERT key on your keyboard once you are in game. You will notice that you will have the game's original crosshair, and your new custom crosshair. Open Console. With console open, type into the box the command: ' crosshair 0 ' .
It's the ~ button on the top left corner of your keyboard, under the 'esc' button. When you open console, you can type 'sb_takecontrol zoey' (or 'sb_takecontrol rochelle') without the ' ' and you will take control of Zoey. (or Rochelle) HOWEVER - Keep in mind to do this, you must be playing with sv_cheats 1.

For me i think its the most accurate thirdperson out there. It isn't very accurate at extremely far away so you have to adjust your aim. ALT to turn on/off. didnt add it anything. I just reformatted it and reinstalled everything. I turned it on LF2, and there was weird crosshair thing appeared itself. When I closed it, it just disappeared itself. I may well do clean reinstallation againcos it has been done twice FML. #2. sʜᴀ May 5, 2020 @ 5:32am.

So i recently reinstalled L4D2 on my new computer and i noticed that my cross hair is gone and I went through my add ons to see if thats the problem but it seems like thats not the case. Also I went through my console and typed "cross hair 1" and still nothing.
