Weird- i've got the same thing on a brand new G29 with Shifter - the wheel is detected no problem but the game seems to be getting no input from the shifter or the pedals. Both work fine in Project Cars - tried the settings configuration process but when it gets to the "Push down on the accelerator" part its just not receiving the input. . #8. I can confirm that the TH8A in sequential mode works fine with a 2-pedal set. Plugged via USB into the PC. I didn't calibrate anything, just mapped shift up and down to the TH8A sequential and it worked immediately for all cars. H-shifter mode requires the car to have a clutch pedal and H-box in reality.
AssettoCorsa with Oculus was still fine. Then I made my clean install with Windows 10. Now Assetto Corsa is not launching at all. Symptoms: When i launch Assetto Corsa, 2 instances of "Assetto Corsa Launcher 32-bit" show up in Windows task manager. Then I get 2 "beep-beep" sounds from Windows and that's it. Nothing happens.
Ive added the wheel as controller in assetto settings. I'm using default command setup on everything. I've done a calib/config process on Windows, G Hub, and Assetto. All tests confirm the wheel and pedals work perfectly. I open assetto, set up a practice run with the mouse and keyboard, then as soon as the game starts nothing works.
Beforecreating this topic I tried to search these forums for an answer and noticed how one person says that in his opinion the engine kicks in too fast when he is releasing the clutch. On my end the clutch doesn't affect anything really. I can change shifts while standing still and the car won't move when I release a clutch. The car won't
Checkit out in the control options to make sure everything works normal. Normally you press the clutch, put the shifter in first gear, then give gas while slowly lifting the clutch. When you give too much gas and don't lift the clutch enough, your wheels will spin. When you release the clutch to quickly with not enough gas, your engine will stall.
Oneof the devs posted this on Race Department. "We designed it in a way that the less assists you use the more the system forces you to drive realistically and the more realistically you drive, the faster the system let you go. So: automatic gearbox + autoblip + auto cut + auto clutch -> easiest -> slower.

Everythingis plugged in and keybound correctly. In online lobbies everything works as expected, but in a single player race my clutch pedal is completely broken. Anyone else have same issue? EDIT: turns out this happened because auto clutch was enabled. online servers usually have auto clutch disabled. Are you 100% sure your using the same car?

Soif anyone else ends up here the solution to the automatic clutch syndrome is. Go into the "Options" menu. Select "Controls". In the box on the right side of the screen, select "Main Controls". Then un-click/disable the clutch. Without seeing the clutch peddle, the game will enable the automatic clutch. Thesolution was to configure the. H pattern shifter in Content Manager in Assetto Corsa|Controls|Buttons section. Tick the "Use H-Shifter" option and configure the buttons for the device you have. Once this was done the shifter worked fine when racing with a car using a H. pattern shifter within the game.

Rightclick on the game in steam library and choose properties. "Steam Input Per-Game Setting" change “Use your Global Steam Input settings” to "Force Off". Some have reported this setting can change on its own when Steam client updates. i tried this but it didnt work. Last edited by Deflated Erection ; Apr 9, 2020 @ 2:28pm.

Hiall, today I have issue with T300 while playing ACC. I found that throttle not get full, it's so weird. Then I unplug usb, reconnect, then went to Thrustmater control panel to test. I was able to get full throttle, then go back to ACC to test, after few mins, it has issue again, I'm back to control panel, now throttle was not able to be full. . #1. I'm probably doing something wrong, but when I select the Pro settings and use Manual Clutch, I get no transmission, as in, I redline immediately no matter what gear I am in. I can only go 70mph whether I'm in 1st or 6th gear. The color of the clutch pedal changes from yellow to blue when I press it (or blue to yellow, I forget).
AssettoCorsa. Launch Control. This is probably the most necessary feature for the next update, seeing as 80% of cars in this game have it in real life, and it's absolutely necessary to get a sequential car off the line without wheelspin. Inb4 "use the clutch you wingus" there is no clutch pedal in a sequential car.
