Advice 1290 Super Adventure S or 1290 Super Duke GT. Hey guys, I'm a long time KTM fan and while I'm waiting for the test drive I thought it was interesting to hear some opinions and advices. I'm a really tall guy, 196 cm or 6'4'' and pretty bulky too (around 100 kg), right now I'm a not-so happy owner of a 1090 Adventure, I say not so happy

LastUpdated on: October 10, 2023. It took about one year to reach 30 000 kilometers on the KTM 1290 Super Adventure S. Most of those 30 000 kilometers I did last year. Early spring was cold here up north. But right before Easter the odo turned over the 30k mark, in my ownership. I bought the bike on ca 10k kilometers.

That's what the 1290 S should be aiming at IMO. They've got the engine I just hope they forget off-road pretensions and match the BMW's handling.
